With the Passive Module, Reform Tracker can generate detailed document activity and cost reports. Doing so provides organizations with valuable insight into usage trends and document volumes.
The Passive Module provides the following features:
- Produce reports that contain user, activity, device, and cost information.
- Evaluate document activities and identify inefficiencies with workflow.
- Detect and eliminate unauthorized or excessive printing and copying.
Active Module - Reduce Expenses & Recapture Billable Costs
With the Active Module, organizations can establish rules for full control over user and device use. Administration over document activities significantly reduces costs and environmental impact. Additionally, easily track document activities associated with client projects and allocate them to accounting codes. Reform Tracker simplifies the charge back process and ensures that costs are accurately billed for and recovered.
The Active Module provides the following features:
- Control costs by setting specific rules - limit the number of pages allowed per user, restrict color use, block and allow machine use for particular jobs, and more.
- Employ least cost routing, which redirects prints to the most efficient device for the job. For example, large print jobs over 50 pages would be sent to a new 90 page per minute machine.
- Documents are allocated with billing codes, client numbers, user IDs, etc., that can be stored in Reform or backend databases.
