FabSoft's Reform can receive the print stream from:

Next, Reform can enhance the print stream using Form Overlays, which merge the captured Variable Data onto designed forms. Forms are designed using the Designer, which allows users to:

• Add design objects – Logos, colors, shapes, lines, barcodes, signatures and more.
• Add barcodes – TagDoc and standard 1 and 2d
• Replace Dot Matrix Printers – Forms can now be printed to high-speed printers or multi-function devices at a faster speed, eliminating the need for expensive dot matrix printers.

Once the document has been captured, it can be distributed using:

• Different output print formats – PCL, Postscript, RPCS, PDF
  
• Communication types – LPR/LPD, 9100, TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, IPDS, Windows, JDJE
• Data stream conversion
• Load and error balancing – inoperable or busy devices are automatically bypassed

When forms are distributed to be printed, it can be done in numerous ways:

• Redirected to different printers
• Printed securely to remote locations without a public IP
  
• Scanned to a remote printer – select the printer, finishing options, and then scan and deliver.

Additionally, forms can be accessed and printed from the multi-function peripheral (MFP) using:

• PrintToMe – documents printed from local or remote PCs can be accessed from any MFP on the network.
• Proximity card authentication – forms can only be printed after the user has been authenticated using their proximity card.
• Form Filler / Form Medic – users can access, populate, and distribute forms from the MFP
