Easy management of documents requiring notes or signatures |
Patient Release forms and other documentation may need to be distributed to a patient or physician in order to collect handwritten notes or signatures. Reform & TagDoc will tag these documents with a barcode that is associated with the type of form and any critical patient data. When a document containing notes or a signature is ready to be filed, users simply scan the document. Digital photographs are instrumental in patient care because they provide a visual record of patient symptoms and can be used to track a patient’s progress. Reform & SnapDoc® simplifies the management of patient images taken with a Ricoh 500SE digital camera. SnapDoc forms are printed containing a barcode and information regarding the patient. The user will scan the barcode and take the needed pictures of the patient. When the pictures are uploaded, they are automatically associated with the patient's information and delivered via fax or email to the patient's physician, insurance company or can be archived.
